Otte's pictures show the same female figure: Madonna - icon of pop and media culture, cult figure and intangible myth of today's youth culture. As the name "Madonna" is associated with the Christian chastity ideal, it is about the creeping image in a conspicuous ambivalence of physical sensuality and inviolability. Each Otte's painting invents its own story, narrated with fine poetry and a strong sense for those little things that make the vision come alive.
